Reunited 7 Years Later with My First West Coast Clients

Almost 7 years ago to this day, I hit the road to California. I had nothing but a car packed full of "stuff", roughly $1000 from waitress tips and my camera gear close by. 

Matt and Angela had responded to my first online wedding ad - their small wedding in Laguna Hills was the only certain thing waiting for me on the west coast. Not an apartment, not a salary job, not a family or friend to greet me - just their wedding and whatever was to follow. 

Since their wedding day, they've been traveling the world with their missionary work. Meeting up with them 7 years later on the same beach, not only gave me goosebumps but made me realize how far I've come with my career as a photographer here in San Diego. Their wedding day was for certain the day that launched my portfolio as a working photographer.
